A unique piece of jewellery, designed and crafted for you. These can be bespoke designs created to your own requirements or even a customised version of one of Lee Allin's existing pieces.
Please make initial contact with any enquiry by email. Pieces can then be created based on your ideas or sketches. It does not matter how basic they are; if possible it is helpful to give an idea of budget as this will help determine the intricacy of design and materials. You will then be presented with designs and price before work is started on the actual crafting of your order to ensure it is to your specifications and requirements, and most of all that you are happy with it.
Please remember, with commissioned pieces, that everything created is handmade, therefore commisions may take between 3 and 10 weeks to complete. Lee is happy to advise of timescale and if he can meet specific date.
Once a design is completed it is preferable to receive a 50% deposit of the total cost before work is continued. The balance will be required prior to dispatch or on collection.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail airmail for Europe and Rest of the World. Special Delivery or International Signed For Services are available for £5 and £7 extra respectively.
Payment can be made through Paypal, or UK cheque.

Damaged Goods
Notifications of damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt. They then must be returned via suitably insured delivery. Where possible items will be repaired or recrafted, however, where refunds owing to damaged goods are due these will be made within 7 days of receipt of the damaged item. Refunds will only be made for goods which were damaged prior to or during delivery to the customer.
Other Returns
A return period of 7 days applies to all orders, during which an order may be returned following notification to Lee Allin. Goods returned under this clause must be sent fully insured, and all costs incurred returning orders must be met by the customer.
